Wifi wasnt working got laptop back not knowing what they had done to fix it& later found my mouse scroll wasnt working due to altering a driver. Waste of 35 - went to currys a reliable retailer to fix 60. But better service.Update; there was no job sheet given - was not informed my laptop had four issues either. I did not take my laptop back yourselves as you alrered software which stopped my mouse working. Would rather go to a big retailer who is secure.
