Brilliant!I hate standard gyms, so boring slogging your guts out, with little accountability, and seemingly little progress.Core is an entirely different proposition, and that starts with the trainers. They are there to inspire you, motivate you, and provide a bit of fun too. They care about everyone, as individuals whether you're muscle bound, or like me a middle-aged over weight bloke. Whether you're a woman or man, I highly recommend you get in touch and come and give it a go. Core will change your life!

A fantastic gym with a great atmosphere. All the staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I never thought that I would ever consider exercise as fun but the environment here means that everyone laughs throughout the sessions! If it's results you are after but don't want to go to a boring gym, this is definitely the place for you!
