I would like to thank the lady doctor who looked after my son Alex on Thursday 3rd Jan 2019, she was amazing and got my son to go to A+E, her quick thinking helped him get treatment quickly.
Very much a broken process not helped by lack of enthusiasm. Nothing wrong with the doctors here, but what isn't great service is having to wait 20-30 minutes to speak to mostly unenthusiastic receptionists who most of the time will advise to call for an emergency appointment on the day for anything within a week or book well in advance. The irony is I am having to chase then for my child's late inoculations the NHS should be scheduling.
I have joined this surgery since moving to Sandbach. I can not say enough about how happy I am with the service provided. The staff are friendly and helpful just brilliant

We moved to Sandbach just over three years ago and both my wife and I have on a number of occasions attended Ashfields for various reasons. From the Receptionists ,Nurses, and Doctors we have received nothing but the most professional care. We view Ashfields as a shining light of the NHS and feel very fortunate to have our health in their care. Thank you.
