Food ordered, hour and half later no food. Numerous Calls made to be told driver cannot find address and could not call me as cannot speak English. Poor customer service and will find an alternate business in future.
The worst delivery service going. No disrespect to the delivery driver. Not his fault. Horrendous planning in house. How can you order a Chinese @ 6:30pm a mile down the road, and get it 95 minutes later. Not the first time either! I'm done! No more money coming your way from me...........
Favourite Chinese. Good service and they get to know you, so they know your orders and how you like everything without asking. Prawn toast is a must have!
