Let down by Boiler Care 24/7. If I could give them one star I would. Booked them to come and fit new thermostat. On the day of the install, I was called by a rather unhelpful staff member, and they let me know the engineer wouldnt make it because theres been a clash in the diaries. I booked the appointment over 2 weeks ago! Why are you calling me on the day of the install, after Ive had to move the earth to get time off work, which I had to take unpaid? Couldnt really give me a solution to the lost day off work and now Im going to have take another day unpaid!!A bit of advice Boiler Care, if youre messing your clients around, at least employ people that can be bothered to pretend they care. Or better still, deliver what you promised and stop letting people down.
Really poor service. Failed to show up the week they were supposed too.Turned up a day late at lunch time the following week and sent apprentices plus one qualified man. The job was badly installed with leaky rads and pipes not fixed to ceiling correctly. Tried over charging when job completed and failed to answer direct calls from me when challenged on over charges. Eventually got a token reduction but still cost more than quoted. I wouldnt use them ever again.
Absolutely awful boiler company- I will never use this company again and will advise family and friends not to either.Customer service at its worst!My father has recently had a new boiler from this company and I cannot believe how badly he has been treated. He is a 70 year old disabled man and I'm disgusted at the pushy salesman, shoddy workmanship and now complete lack of consciousness in leaving my father without a working boiler during this recent cold snap. The work done was left unfinished and there is a gaping hole in the soffit of the house that he was told they would come back and fix and no one has ever turned up. Can 'boiler don't care 24/7' answer for there repeated failings that my dad has experienced- probably not...When trying to address issues....we are faced with defensive and unhelpful office staff; exact words being: 'are we going to have an argument or set a date to come out to you' Said date was 5 days from when he called them. Maybe the reason why you have so many people waiting for boiler assistance right now is your shoddy workmanship and terrible customer service. I will not recommend this company.

Had my first boiler service from Boiler Care 24/7. Engineer was right on time, very courteous and professional. Carried out the service and inspection with no fuss, and gave some useful advice. Very pleased.
