This was our first time here yesterday and what a brilliant time we had! Staff are FABULOUS and the food was incredible. Will definitely be going again soon.
Couldn't have asked for more. The most authentic Greek experience outside of Greece. If you are looking for a real taste of Greece near to home, you will NOT be disappointed. I chose this restaurant for my 21st Birthday and I couldn't have chosen any better. The manager and chef were wonderful people who were extremely accommodating, not to mention the lovely waiting on staff who were so attentive to the table. The food was incredible, the atmosphere on point and the service second to none. I'd highly recommend the "meze" option if you're new to the restaurant or new to Greek food, but be prepared to EAT, the amount of food for the price is amazing (no complaints!) and there is a great selection of classic Greek dishes to try.I cannot wait to come back! If you have ever been to Greece and share the love of the culture and it's people, then this is #1 of places to eat. The service was excellent, even during a demanding and busy night for them, they came to the table polite and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing, with traditional Greek music and beautiful decoration. The food was excellent, the most authentic and familiar taste that I have loved before and they were very generous with their portions making our party of 5 very full for the night, with the food we couldn't manage making it's way home with us. Went as part of a birthday celebration and found the manager and staff amazing as they all came out to sing happy birthday with the cake, even the chef! We were the last party to leave and never felt rushed or unwanted, will be returning in the near future 100% and urging any who love Greece to do the same.
The food was good. The back of house service was the problem. The owner had gone home, presumably to Greece, for the week. Our booking was made last year and we sent order in advance. No provision was made by owner for extra cheer to cover. Nobody checked the email with selections, so no preparations made. It was fully booked so we waited over 30 mins for a starter. Then we waited and hour for the main course after that. So 7.30 booking. Main course at 10. They did apologise and knocked 10% off. There were 14 of us and we said we would never go back. Apparently some of group had been before and had similar issues.
Fantastic food, amazing staff, and I definitely want to come here again. I didn't know this place provided entertainment!... The entertainment being the awfully demanding 16-person party on the table next to us . I have immense respect for the people who made this fantastic food. Remember, don't listen to the haters, they just don't understand. You guys are fantastic! The food is so authentic and beautiful its just amazing. Thanks for an amazing night! Totally recommending this place to anybody looking for an authentic Greek experience.
