Very rude on the phone when I asked for a viewing. Heavy pressure. The person wanted me to pay 6 months up front before I had even inspected a unit. Why would I risk my hard earned cash to 'reserve' a unit that might not be right for me? I'll keep looking, thank you.
White Self Storage is great for storing furniture with 24 hour access if needed, would definitely use again.

Customer service?Units nice and clean, but no written contract, which means that they manage to scam an extra month off you. Even though you give them a months notice of intention to vacate, if that date is over your payment date they just take a whole month off you regardless - I'm the 2nd person I know who has fallen for this. Do trading standards know this is how they opperate?
