We stayed in Villa SP367 as a large family group and had a fantastic holiday. Booking was easy and property manager at the villa really looked after us. We had a small issue with the pool heater, but this was resolved straight away and everything else was spot on. The hot tub was a real hit! Would definitely book with Panoramic Villas again.
Great villas, great locations, really easy booking process and great prices - cant fault at all
Great company until there is a problem. We had huge problems with Villa Melocoton in Spain. Booking was so easy and they were so helpful at the time of booking /handing over the money. When we called them on our holiday about the numerous problems with Villa Melocoton they did not want to know. 'We are just the agent, call the owner' Be aware. Would not book through these guys again.
Do not complain directly to Panoramic Villas. All you'll get will be LIES and insults, and an advice of not to contact them again, as we received.
Easy to deal with, were able to pay off bit by bit through easy to use website. The villa we booked was exactly like the pictures, stunning. We rang a local agent for the property on arrival who spoke great English and was a pleasure to deal with. Great holiday.
