Collected caravan after warranty work completed. Good arrangements for collect and drop off to smooth the local traffic and avoid congestion
Good new vans to view and well stocked shop. I ordered parts from here with a lead time stated of 4 to 6 weeks. Took 3 months and thats with me ringing them multiple times to find out they were in stock and had been for a while. Sales guy in the new caravan shop had plenty of time and recommendations for me even though he knew I was only browsing.Overall a good experience shame about the parts dept.

Despite booking six weeks prior to my service on arrival i was told it would take 2/3 weeks to complete i was not told this on first booking ,after a "discussion" with service manager it was completed in 1 week ,On pick up two jobs had been ticked off on the sheet that had not been done and my number plate was missing (it was on when i left it ) for all that i was charged 220 it has left me with very poor impression of the care that was taken with my property ,not recommended for return custom .
