I can't thank Mark from Premier Cars Sandbach enough! I recently made a 3 hour train journey from Bristol to purchase my new Audi TT. Mark went above and beyond to accommodate ensuring that I was picked up on time and that the car/paper work was ready, should I want to purchase the car there and then. I was happy and brought the car that day.Unfortunately, on the way back I discovered that the silver trim for the ashtray was snapped and a couple of days later noticed that the matrix headlights were not working. I called Mark who advised me to take it to the garage and to contact the insurance that they give you with the car. To no surprise, the insurance advised they would not cover it and I was now sitting with a bill from Audi. I contacted Mark and he advised me to send him the invoice and he would sort it all out. I would like to mention that throughout this whole experience Mark was a pleasure to work with and not once was he difficult. I will defiantly be buying from here again.
