Bad. Terrible food. Really bad service and the place looks like people were either moving in or out. Very poor. Waited 1hr before getting menus when eating there. When the food did come it wasn't worth the wait. Gluten free optios was soup or steak (which was tough) that was it. Save your money as it isn't cheap at 14 mai course average.

The worst Christmas party meal I have ever had.. shockingly bad service & terrible food most of it barely edible. Tasteless soup with no bread roll, beef dinner had ONE rock hard tiny sprout, a bullet of stuffing dried out roast potatoes & minimal gravy . The beef was the most edible part. We eventually got our dessert courses at 10.45 again everything was shrivelled up & tasteless . Besides the food the service in all parts was equally bad at reception & the bar. The only good thing was the dancing because everyone was determined to make something of the disastrous evening.
Pleasant staff, dinner was fine, breakfast on the cool side a soft fried egg would be nice. Who ever did the painting of the inside Corridors I would ask for my money back. Need to either turn on the heating or turn it up in the public rooms. I wouldn't rush back but I wouldn't avoid. Seem to have good friendly staff just need some training. The place doesn't feel finished, could do with some pictures on the large bare walls.
Went for afternoon tea, choice of ham & mustard and cheese & onion, bread stale! Don't like mustard, after saying so they brought some very fresh ham & salad sandwiches which were very nice. Not much in the cake selection, cream had gone off :/ Although there was a lovely young lady doing her best to help credit to her :)
