Very poor layout with little thought for accessibility for disabled customers which seems silly seeing as its a pharmacy! So many displays with bits hanging off, irregular pathways, barriers and additional display stands make it hard to navigate. Staff are always friendly but theres a sense of disorganisation. There have also been law violations with the reduction of first stage baby formula.
Prescription left at 10:30 Thursday morning Advised to return after lunchtime f riday. 12:45 still not checked. Item's still missing. Service substandard. Not fit for purpose Told would take at least another half an hour.Please staff with sufficient staff who have appropriate skills to provide basic service.
This pharmacy is right next to the main bus stop in the town centre. Car parking right across. Access is good. Staff are very helpful and know there stuff if you need advice. Good service. Plenty of things to buy at reasonable prices.
